2024
Co-led an internal network chapter where we focused on revitalizing internal Black and Latinx talent. I organized a virtual job shadow program for two iterations for UK, USA, and Canada, where the participants got the opportunity to shadow a team of their choice for three months. The objectives were for them to network with different people across the organizations and to explore a job role they are interested in changing to as a career transition. Other programs include 1-1 mid-year review mentorship, supporting logsticis for group mentorship program, and end of year review panel talk to raise awareness on best practices for end of year conversations and goal setting.

Mentored a sixth-form student through Careerready organization as well as new graduates in the firm. Entailed bi-weekly catch ups, reviewing CVs, and conducting mock interviews.
Co-Lead of London Diversity Network
2019
Co-founded & co-lead from 2019 to 2023. Because of my passion towards DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), as soon as I joined Citi I researched how I can translate my passion into work. Through this, I co-founded and led an internal diversity network chapter for London specific to operations and technology (O&T) organizations. This included networking events for London O&T colleagues, mid-year review support, and hosting fireside chats with external speakers for our colleagues.
