In 2026, I've further expanded my role to lead and shape up the internal UX team. Because the team is small and new, we needed system and process put in first in order to maintain a healthy and quality UX ecosystem.

Researched and designed new drag-and-drop component for the organization-wide design system. Designs cannot be shared due to confidentiality reasons.

Outside of BAU, educating and setting up UX process in a team as a sole designer and researcher where there was no previous UX history in the team. Includes education and heavy collaboration with developers and office hours.
